Cultivating Mindfulness for All helps students, educators, and families strengthen emotional well-being through simple, meaningful mindfulness practices. I believe everyone can build resilience, self-awareness, and calm—no matter their age or background.

Who Am I?

Professional Experience:

Jessica McLain, M.Ed., is an educator, author, speaker, and mindfulness advocate with over 20 years of experience in education, youth development, SEL, and professional development. Grounded in equity and wellness, she founded Cultivating Mindfulness for All to offer accessible, research-informed tools that support self-care, emotional regulation, and intentional living.


Her mission is simple: to help people of all ages live authentically, cultivate inner peace, and create meaningful change. She believes everyone has the ability to grow, and she is committed to supporting that journey through practical mindfulness and self-care practices.

I partner with clients to help them recognize their strengths, shift limiting beliefs, and build practical strategies for achieving their goals—all through the lens of mindfulness and self-care.

My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change starts with self-awareness. Using positive psychology, mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral tools, I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where people of all ages can grow with clarity and confidence.


I offer one-on-one coaching, group sessions, workshops, classroom facilitation, and student assemblies, and online courses focused on:
